24 hour notice is required for all appointment changes and cancellations. If 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged for that appointment.

Late Arrivals:

Your time slot is reserved specifically for you. For late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment.  If it is not possible your time will be lessened.  When an appointment is held for you we cannot offer it to another client therefore we reserve the right to charge the price of your full appointment.
